Customer Service

We are available for questions through the mail, WhatsApp, and social media 24/7. We expect to be able to respond between 24h.

+ - How do I return items?

Our returns policy allows you to return products unused and unwashed within 14 days of receiving them. Once we’ve received your returned item(s), we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible.

Please send an e-mail to info@lereveluxueux.com to request a return. Le Rêve Luxueux is not liable to cover shipping costs for returns unless the product is incorrect or damaged.

For hygiene reasons, the face masks can not be returned.

Le Rêve Luxueux shipping times are:


To the Netherlands:

All orders will be delivered within three working days. Most of the orders will reach the customer the day after ordering.


To Europe:

All orders will be delivered within 2-5 working days.


Shipping costs:

The Netherlands: €3.95 (Free over €50)

Europe: €3.95 (Free over €100)

North America, South America, Asia, Africa, Australia: contact us for more information.

+ - What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment customers of Le Rêve Luxueux are able to pay through iDeal, VISA Creditcard, Apple Pay and Klarna. We expect to add Paypal soon.

+ - How do I know my order was successful?

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. To ensure this email will reach your inbox please add info@lereveluxueux.com to your contacts, otherwise, this could end up in Junk/Spam. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please contact us.

After we have sent the package, you will receive another confirmation email.
