Returns

Our returns policy allows you to return products unused and unwashed within 14 days of receiving them. Please send an e-mail to info@lereveluxueux.com to request a return.

Once we’ve received your returned item(s), we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible.

Le Rêve Luxueux is not liable to cover shipping costs for returns unless the product is incorrect or damaged.

For hygiene reasons, the face masks can not be returned.
